30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Airelia Opus purchase as much as your pet does. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused)

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at moonmoodproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at moonmoodproducts@gmail.com if:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements apply (unused, with tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
