📦 SHIPPING POLICY – AIRELIA OPUS

Thank you for shopping at Airelia Opus! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO addresses, or internationally .


⏱️ Processing Times



Order Placed Processing Time
Monday – Saturday Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours
Sunday Orders are processed the following Monday
Holidays Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. During peak seasons (like holidays or sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days .

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances .


🆓 Free Shipping

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes) shipped within the contiguous United States .

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout—no code needed.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at moonmoodproducts@gmail.com.


🐾 Special Handling for Certain Items

Some of our products may require special handling:

  • Fragile items (such as ceramic bowls) are packaged with extra care to prevent damage during transit .

  • Snacks and treats are shipped in protective packaging to maintain freshness.

  • Large or heavy items (like cat trees or elevated feeders) may incur additional shipping charges due to size and weight. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with the exact cost before processing .


✈️ Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note:

  • Orders for expedited shipping must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to be processed the same day .

  • Expedited orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

  • We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery at this time.


🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Airelia Opus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout . If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or family members.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier.

  3. File a claim with the carrier directly.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at moonmoodproducts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible .


📦 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at moonmoodproducts@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping .


❄️ Weather Delays

During extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, shipping carriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these situations are outside of our control .


📬 PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery .
